We currently ship letters and packages through Federal Express (Fed Ex), United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL.

Every carrier is pretty similar in price. Sometimes, one carrier is cheaper to use when shipping to California and other times that same carrier is the most expensive when shipping to a nearby state like Nebraska. The great thing about Mail Point is that we will get you an instant quote from all of the carriers and that allows you to make a decision based on price, speed of service and reliability.

Yes, we offer a wide variety of shipping supplies to include boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, Styrofoam and packing paper. Our professional packers will make sure that your shipment is packaged correctly. 

Yes, we offer small, medium and large mailboxes for you to rent on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis. When packages are shipped to you, we send a text so you know that you have a package to pick up and we store it in a locked room until you are able to pick it up.

A virtual mailbox is similar to a physical mailbox but instead of the mail going into a mailbox that you have to visit, we take a picture of the envelope or package and send it to you. You then tell us what you want us to do with that mail - open it and scan it to you, forward it to you, shred it immediately or hold onto it for pickup. Virtual mailboxes eliminate the need for you to have to visit a physical location.

At Mail Point, we offer passport photos, notary services, shredding, copies, faxing, scanning and gift wrapping. We also offer a wide variety of gift cards and retail items for those last-minute gift ideas to add to your shipment.

Yes, we offer insurance for your valuable items and in fact, we highly recommend that you use it in order to have peace of mind. For insurance reasons, we are required to take pictures as we package the item to help protect you and the store should something happen during transit. Any item valued at over $1,000 does require a signature from the recipient.

YES! You can drop off any package that has a label on it. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and DHL packages can all be dropped off as long as it has a label. If a label was emailed to you, we will print that label for you so it can be shipped.

We can scan QR codes from Fed Ex and the US Postal Service. We CAN NOT accept UPS QR codes at this time. 

If you have a return label, you can return Amazon packages at Mail Point. If you don't have the packaging, we will be happy to sell you a box or poly-bag. If you received a QR code from Amazon, you can usually go back and request a label instead of a QR code.
